Professional Experience

I was born in Los Angeles, have lived in Orange County, and currently reside in the Inland Empire. In 2014, I began working in a medical practice. Soon, I ran the front and back office, able to fill any roles and fully train employees and interns. I interned and volunteered at Kaiser Permanente’s corporate home care and hospice facility in 2017. At Kaiser, I assisted the physical therapy directors in organizing their calendars, reviewing medical forms, and conducting care calls for our diseased patients’ loved ones to offer support services.

From 2020 to 2022, I worked as a program manager at a healthcare college. During my time there, I collaborated with the Director of MRI to support over 180 students. This role required me to be meticulous with attention to detail and organization, as I oversaw the students’ progress. Over the course of my tenure, I participated in and organized four successful accreditation audits. One of my favorite aspects of the job was working with the students, helping them organize their clinical documents, ensuring they completed their studies on time, and maintaining professional etiquette on and off campus at their clinical sites. Senior management referred to me as “kind but firm” because I managed the program efficiently and effectively, while still keeping the students engaged.

Afterward, I became a Project Manager for the GBA at CSU, Chico. My responsibilities included organizing events, developing project timelines, delegating tasks to team members, collaborating with my peers and team, and much more. During this time, my communication and project management skills continued growing, and I enjoyed working with teams to achieve shared goals.

In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering, and here are my accomplishments:

  • Leadership Award for over 400 hours of service and was recognized as a recipient at Honor’s Night at OCC.
  • Managed $2M in student funds and organized a Town Hall event at OCC to support affordable education.
  • Volunteered with peace groups and currently manage park funds in my city.
  • Ran cross country in high school and college, participated in affordable education marches, and visited South Korea to learn about the culture.
  • Active in church, Toastmasters, and spending quality time with family.

My journey through various roles in healthcare and education has equipped me with a unique blend of project management and data analytics expertise. I am passionate about continuing to grow and apply these skills to drive improvements and achieve exceptional outcomes. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. I look forward to connecting with you and learning more about your interests and passions.

Warm regards,

Kristi Carol
